1. SMS Consent Communication

Hello, this is HNL CPA FIRM, P.C. We are preparing your corporation or individual tax return and need additional documents to continue. Please send the requested documents or contact our office when available. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication and the client’s tax, accounting, payroll, or business service needs. For example, clients may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week related to document requests, filing updates, payroll matters, tax notices, or client support.

4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if messages are sent domestically or internationally.

5. Opt-In Method

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from HNL CPA FIRM, P.C. in the following ways:

Verbally, during a conversation with our office
By emailing our office and providing your phone number for communication
By providing your phone number in person during client onboarding or service discussions
By texting our office first

6. Opt-Out Method
